Counselling is a safe space to talk about difficult and sometimes painful feelings and can offer assistance in learning skills to enhance your health and wellbeing. It may focus on:

Our counselling services is provided by qualified, registered, and professional general counsellors.

Whilst not entirely essential, it is preferred, you make an appointment with your GP to get a referral and a Mental Health Treatment Plan. Self-referrals are accepted.

     They help people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, those who need support and advocacy in private rental tenancies and provide tenancy support for people living in social housing.

 

 


Sexual Violence

 

●     Goulburn Valley Centre Against Sexual Assault (CASA) https://www.gcasa.org.au/

○     Goulburn Valley CASA provides trauma informed counselling and support for people who have experienced, or been impacted by a recent or historical sexual assault. GVCASA also provides advocacy, secondary consultation, community education and professional training for schools and community groups. 24 hour Crisis Care is provided for people who have experienced a recent sexual assault which includes counselling, support, information and advocacy for medical care and legal options.
