While the girls couldn't quite get the win, there were plenty of positives to take to next week following a close game.

The girls knew it would be a tough game against a strong Rochester outfit and unfortunately the game just didn't go their way from the start. Play evened up in the second half with both teams fighting fiercely for possession of the ball.

In what was a physically demanding game with lots of speed, the young Lions showed lots of potential.

Club Award: Ella Zotti
